Daniel Rosen Jacobson
Co-CEO and Chief Business Officer

Daniel is an experienced operator, investor, and executive with deep expertise in business strategy, technology, and aerospace innovation.

Before co-leading Elysian, he managed strategic app partnerships at Google EMEA and played a key role as Partner and Commercial Director at MyCujoo, a sports streaming startup later acquired by Eleven Sports Group. An active investor, he has backed and advised startups across industries and geographies.

His focus on technology and aviation led him to spearhead sustainable aerospace initiatives at Panta Holdings, a seasoned aerospace investor for over 40 years and owner of Fokker Services Group, where he currently serves as a board member besides his role as co-CEO at Elysian.

Rob Wolleswinkel
Co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer

Rob is an aerospace engineer, executive, and commercial pilot with deep expertise in technology and aviation.

Before co-leading Elysian, Rob was a senior partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised global aerospace and technology companies. He began his career at Fokker Aircraft and the Royal Netherlands Air Force, gaining hands-on experience in aircraft engineering and operations.

In addition to his leadership at Elysian, Rob remains an active commercial pilot at Zeusch Aviation, bringing real-world operational insights into aircraft design and development.

Dr. Reynard de Vries
Director of Design and Engineering

Reynard is an aerospace researcher and engineer specializing in hybrid and electric aircraft design.

Before joining Elysian, he conducted extensive research on hybrid and electric propulsion as part of his PhD and postdoctoral work at Delft University of Technology, contributing to the EU Clean Sky 2 program.

He remains actively involved in the R&D ecosystems for electric aircraft design and technology across Europe and the US, advancing innovation in sustainable aviation.
